When you request a quote or register partnership interest, we collect the details you provide so the request can be reviewed and answered. A quote request may include your name, contact number, suburb, the service you are interested in and a description of the project. A partner application may also include a business name, contact email, service area and any credentials you choose to share.

We only ask for what is needed to answer your enquiry sensibly. There is no account to create, and you do not need to give a street address to request an assessment.

Use and storage

What you submit is stored securely in our enquiry system and is never published on this website. It is used to respond to you, to confirm the property sits within the area we cover, to prepare and follow up a written quote, to keep a record of what was discussed, and to understand which pages visitors find useful.

Access is limited to the people who need it to answer enquiries. We do not sell enquiry details and we do not hand them to unrelated third parties for marketing.

Sharing with a service partner

If your enquiry is best handled by a verified painting business partnered with this site, the details needed to quote the work — usually your name, contact number, suburb and project description — may be passed to that business so they can contact you directly. Those details are for answering your enquiry, not for unrelated marketing.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction, ask us to stop contacting you, or request deletion where the law allows it. Email quotes@housepaintersgeelong.com.au with what you would like done. We will act on reasonable requests and will tell you if a record has to be kept for legal reasons.

Website measurement and security

Basic technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referring source may be recorded to understand how the site performs. Our forms also carry simple protections against automated submissions and abuse. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to build a personal profile of you.
